GENERAL CAMP INFORMATION | ||
| SUMMER 2024 DATES: | June 10—August 20 | *no camp July 4 |
| LOCATION: | Aspen Elementary School Cafeteria | |
| AGES: | 5—10; Kinder—4th grade | *Must be registered in a RFV school district |
| PLEASE REGISTER CHILDREN BASED | ON GRADE THEY WILL BE IN FALL 2024 | |
| 5 year olds: | Must be attending kindergarten in Fall 2024 | |
| COST: | $51 per child per day | *additional fees for field trips may apply |
| HOURS: | DROP OFF: 8:00 am—9:00 am | PICK UP: 4:00 pm—5:00 pm |
| Late Pick Up Fee: | $10 cash owed for every 5 minutes late |
ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
—Registration is per day, pre-registration required at least 48 hours in advance
—ePACT is our forms website. All waivers, consents, medical history, and immunizations must be uploaded BEFORE the child’s first day of camp
*Incomplete forms may delay children’s start date
—Proof of Roaring Fork Valley residency is required; please see the Parent Handbook for more details
Financial assistance is available for families who qualify. Please email the Camp Supervisor for more information.

| We are a SCREEN FREE camp | All electronics will be taken away if brought to camp | Toys, money, or anything of value should be left at home. |
CANCELLATION POLICY
All requests should be emailed to the Camp Supervisor at least 48 hours before the scheduled camp date. Requests received outside of 48 hours will receive credit for the day to use towards future camp dates. Cancellations inside 48 hours will not receive credit.
STATE LICENSED PROGRAM
City of Aspen Day Camp is a State of Colorado licensed program and follows all State Regulations. Youth will participate in a state-licensed program with qualified counselors. For rules and regulations, please visit: www.cdhs.state.co.us
COMMENTS, CONCERNS, OR COMPLAINTS
Aspen City Camp is enrolled in a childcare program that is licensed by the Colorado Department of Human Services. The license indicates that the program has met the required standards of the operation of a childcare facility. If you have not done so, please ask to see the license. We want to hear from you if you have questions or concerns about your child’s care. We will make every effort to resolve any issues or concerns you have about the program.
Complaints regarding suspected licensing violations must be reported to:
