Adult Hockey

The Lewis Ice Arena and the Aspen Ice Garden play host to Adult Hockey Leagues throughout the year. In general, we facilitate a Winter League and a Summer League each year. Adult Hockey League has several divisions based on skill level that are divided into different teams:

• Winter Men's League Tuesday Evenings
  • You MUST Be Drafted to be eligible to play in Men's League.
  • Men's League Prospects will have 2 Try Out Opportunities

    • Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 - DRAFT HELD
    • Prospects email your contact information to lee.liebmann@aspen.gov to RSVP for Try Outs

2024-2025 WINTER LEAGUE

• LEAGUE CHANGES:
  • A LEAGUE will have 5 TEAMS & play MONDAYS.
  • B LEAGUE will have 8 TEAMS & play SUNDAYS.
• Registration is closed for Winter 24/25 Season.

• CAPTAINS:
  
  • We will be assessing a $50 deposit for league team registration this year. These fees will be credited to Captain's personal rec accounts.
  • You must have a committed goalie to register a team. Team Captains are responsible for finding their own goalie.
  • Get your teams organized and let Lee know if there are changes or additions at lee.liebmann@aspen.gov

2025 SUMMER LEAGUE

• Registration for Summer 2025 League will open after the Championship Games on March 14th, 2025.
• We will have the same format as last year C/B & A/ Men's Combined Leagues.
• USA Hockey Memberships will be required. Your Winter 24/25 membership should carry over if you are in good standing.
• Working on a Summer D League - email lee.liebmann@aspen.gov with interest.
