Amy has been teaching and fitness training since 1986. She holds a group fitness certification with the American Council on Exercise, a personal training certification with ISSA & CPR/AED with The American Red Cross. She holds various specialty certifications with Les Mills Body Pump, Moi Cycle, Maddog Athletics Spinning, Booty Barre, Zumba, TRX Suspension trainer and TRX RIP trainer. She teaches a variety of classes including Cardio, Core, Strength/ Weight training, Stretch, Cycling, Zumba/Dance-based cardio classes, HiiT, Circuit training and Ski Conditioning. Amy was a firefighter/ EMT for over 20 years with Aspen Volunteer Fire Department and acted as fitness tester for the department. She is an avid trail runner, but also loves hiking, weight training, skiing and living in Aspen with her husband and 2 boys. Her Motto: Intensity &Challenge + Consistency = Change!
